Quiche Tuna dan Bawang

Saya rujuk resepi yang diambil dari Cooks.com, namun bersandarkan bahan yang ada didapur maka terhasillah Quiche Tuna dan Bawang ini.


Caranya:





Ratakan bahan kulit quiche keseluruh permukaan dan tepi pan pembakar. yang saya ni, tak cukup biskut pula, cukup-cukup untuk 'cover' dasar. jaaadilah!











Tabur bahan intinya: sauteed onions, button mushroom [dari dalam tin], isi tuna [ayam brand -tuna in olive], dan sedikit mixed vegetables.












Tuangkan campuran susu dan telur yang dipukul bersama sedikit garam dan lada hitam.














Tabur atau susunkan kepingan keju [saya guna cheddar slices sahaja]. Kemudian, bakar!




mudah sangat! good as a breakfast meal.


Berikut adalah resepi yang dijadikan rujukan, diambil daripada Cooks.com.
VIDALIA ONION QUICHE
1 cup cracker crumbs
5 teaspoon butter, melted
2 1/2 cup Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
Crust:
Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9 inch pie.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Filling:
Sauté onions over medium heat in olive oil until translucent.

Spread onions evenly across baked pie crust. Combine milk and eggs; pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese; season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, and cool 10 minutes before serving.

pernah try lasagna? tak semudah buat quiche..tp melted cheese and white sauce kala panas memang terangkat!

Lasagna pernah buat, tapi lama dulu for the same reason...tak dak lawan nak makan! hahaha

usually normi gunakan makaroni goreng [leftover], prepare the mornay sauce, layered macam lasagna, tabur keju dan bakar. serve just like we usually have from the Nile tu, erra... dengan saladnya sekali...
