appam manis ini menggunakan resepi apam salju dari dapur MamaFaMi. berikut adalah resepinya;
APAM SALJU
Ingredients :
2 mugs cooked rice
2 mugs flour
2 mugs rice flour
1 mug brown sugar
3/4 mug white sugar
2 1/2 mugs water
6g instant dry yeast
grated coconut with a bit of salt
Method :
1. Blend the cooked rice with water till fine
2. Add in sugar and continue blending.
3. In a plastic container, mix flour, rice flour and instant yeast.
4. Pour the liquid into the mixed flour and mix well.
5. Leave to prove for 3 hours.
6. Pour into the plastic cups till full and steam for about 15 minutes.
7. Serve with grated coconut and a bit salt
Note :
You can also use cane sugar or jaggeri instead of brown sugar.
